Minimum 4-7 days notice to place an order, depending on the detail of the cupcake design and quantity. However we may be able to fulfil an urgent request; 24hrs notice if there is availability, so please do not hesitate to get in touch.

ORDERING INFORMATION:

When filling out the form, please ensure you include the following information:

✧ Date , quantity, flavour, if kids signature* which storyline, collection or delivery*.

✧ kids signature, flavours are only available in chocolate, vanilla or bubblegum.

✧ For bespoke designer cupcakes, please email me quantity, colours, occasion and theme. *prices may vary depending on the detail of the design so please do get in touch to discuss your request and get a quote.

COLLECTION/DELIVERY

Collection is available for orders nationwide.

Your order should be collected at the time agreed when placing your order and stated on your order form. If for some reason you are unable to make this agreed time, Bakedbyteena must be informed with sufficient time to rearrange.

*Delivery is available only in Leighton Buzzard and surrounding areas but this maybe at an additional cost. Please enquire for further details.

PAYMENT INFORMATION:

Full payment is required once order is confirmed.

For orders over £100, there will be a 50% non refundable deposit required, balance to be paid 48 hours prior to collection\delivery.
